I figured that was probably it, but I still think they could have made better choices. (The OTP/OT3 options are cute, I think, even though they don't necessarily follow logically.)
But it gives me an impression of what they would like the con to be like -- fun, casual, drama-free. I just hope they're prepared to deal with how fans can get!
