To be honest the moment from that soundtrack that always gets me is the chorus of children singing ashira. Tears. EVERY DAMN TIME.
"Once and for All" and "The World Will Know" and for that matter "Seize The Day" and "King of New York" are great songs! But "Carryin' the Banner" is the best, hands down -- musically, lyrically, and most of all in terms of telling the story / setting the scene.
